Jeff Thompson (b.1957).
Auckland-born sculptor studied at Elam School of Fine Arts and Auckland Secondary Teachers College. He makes objects on commission for a wide variety of clients. Using steel, lead and corrugated iron, he designs new roofing systems and makes alterations and additions to existing roofs. He exhibits this work in art gallery spaces.
